Partner Workout - Chipper style where each team will complete the prescibed number of total reps, alternating with the prescribed number of reps per set. One athlete working at a time. Once 100 reps are completed by 10's, then they move on to 50 reps completed by 5's, then 25 reps completed with singles. All three rounds of BJ will be completed before starting on all three sets of wallballs, so on and so forth.
